Administrator
athome apartments is managed by the property administrator Ejsingholm. The addition of service offerings, and support are handled through them.
Booking
You can book your stay online through our administrator. You'll find the booking link under the ‘Book’ menu. Here you can also add various services during your stay.
Arrival and departure
You have access to your apartment from 15:00 pm on the day of arrival. You must be out of the apartment by 11:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
Access to the building and the apartment
Upon arrival, you gain access to the building using your personal athome key code. In the basement, you retrieve your key for the apartment from the designated key boxes, for which you've been provided a code. When you depart, you return the key in the key box. This is also specified in your booking confirmation.
TV
Bring your own HDMI cable to stream from laptop/PC or another streaming device such as Crome Cast to stream from your mobile phone.
Payment
Billing is done via our administrator. You will receive an invoice by e-mail. There is no deposit payment required.
Parking
There are free parking space - one for each apartment.
Transportation opportunities
Right behind athome apartments you'll find the light rail stop in Business Park Skejby, which has eight departures per hour towards the Aarhus City Centet. In addition, quite a few city buses drive from the area, and there is good connection to the highway. Also it’s a 10-minute drive to the Aarhus City Centre.
Bike storage
We have a bicycle storage, where you can keep your bike safely. The basement is under video serveillance.
Mail
If you wish to receive mail during your stay, it should be sent to athome apartments mailbox. Our Facility Crew empties the mailbox daily, and delivers your mail to your apartment.
athome apartments cannot be held responsible for lost mail.
Emergency situations
In a sudden emergency situation, such as a power outage, leaking water pipes, or similar, please call at +45 2594 0445. You can call anytime 24 hours.
Please avoid misusing this number.
Facility Crew
If you encounter practical problems during your stay, you can contact our Facility Crew monday thuesday, thursday and friday from 7:00am - 8:00am by the office. The Facility Crew is responsible for the daily operation of athome apartments, and you can visit the office in the main building in the opening hours.
Service check
For a rental period lasting more than a month, we will carry out a service check of your apartment once per month. With this, we ensure that all installations, drains, etc. are working. You will be notified, and you do not need to be present.
Service offerings
You have the option to purchase various service offerings, such as cleaning. You can add these services when booking your stay. You can also buy services later during your stay through our administrator.
Bed linen and towels
You will be provided with one free linen package a week. The package consists of duvet and pillow covers, sheet, towels, dish towels and dishcloth. You are able to collect new packages by the office when ever you need.
Bicycle rental
We rent out bicycles on a monthly basis. You can rent a bike when booking your stay, or later through our administrator. Our Facility Crew delivers the key.
Extension of the rent/ termination of the apartment
You can extend your rent or terminate your apartment by contacting property management company Ejsingholm on e-mail kontakt@ejsingholm.com
Storage room
You are able to rent a 18 m² video-monitored storage room. The room are heated and ventilated.
Iron and ironing board
You have the possibility of borrowing an iron and ironing board from our Facility Crew. You have the responsibility for returning it in the same condition as when it was provided.
Cleaning
You can purchase cleaning service during your stay, or you can borrow cleaning items from our Facility Crew. There is obligatory cleaning when you move out of the apartment.
Waste
Removal of waste is your own responsibility. Underground waste containers are placed by the parking area in front of the building. New regulations in tje municipality aim to ensure more effective and improved waste sorting. See how you can sort your waste on the containers in the parking lot.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, and we kindly ask for this rule to be respected. Violation of the rule in additional invoice for exstraordinary cleaning of the apartment.
Damages to the apartment and interior
All apartments are modernised and fully furnished to a high standard. They are decorated with interiors of high quality. Damaged items or furniture will be charged for at departure.
Pets
It’s not allowed to keep pets in our apartments.

You can always log in to your user profile, where it’s possible to purchase additional services, settle accounts, extend the lease, terminate the lease (if it is not time-limited) and communicate with Ejsingholm via their support function.
