Upon arrival, you'll gain access to the building using your personal athome apartments key-code. Are you renting a 1-room apartment, you can retrieve your key set for the apartment from the designated key boxes In the basement, for which you'll have recieved a code.
When you depart, simply return the key set to the box in the basement.
Are you renting a 4-, or 5-room apartment, you'll find your key in the key box by the front door of the apartment.
