The flats are furnished with all the necessary amenities you need in everyday life.
Included in the rent
Each flat comes with free parking, and the main building has both surveillance and access control, so you can feel safe when you stay with us.
We offer our flats without a deposit and with flexible rental periods.
In addition, there is free access to lounge areas on the 1st and 2nd floors, where online meetings can be held or quiet reading sessions can be enjoyed. In the basement, you can store your bicycle, rent a heated storage room and use the activity room with table tennis, darts and pool table, among other things.
All flats are fully furnished with flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, private bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and fridge with freezer. There is also a wardrobe with shelves and a clothes rail for storage.
Fitness and laundry facilities are also included in the rent, and it is possible to add optional services such as cleaning, storage room, bicycle rental, etc., which can make everyday life a little easier for you when you live with us.
