Apartments for one person
Our single apartments are 24-27 m² in size and feature a 120/140 cm bed and everything else you need. The apartment is designed for those travelling alone and seeking a well-equipped apartment. The flat has a kitchenette for preparing light meals and you can make your morning coffee. There is an oven with a built-in microwave, hob and fridge-freezer. All flats have their own bathroom and access to a furnished balcony or terrace where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Perhaps you would like to enjoy your meals and coffee here in peaceful surroundings.
In addition, the apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV, where you can easily stream directly from your mobile or PC (Bring an HDMI connector or other streaming device, e.g. Chrome Cast).

The apartment is located in the quiet surroundings of Business Park Skejby in Aarhus North, only
– 30 minutes' drive from Aarhus Airport
– 20 minutes' drive to the E45 motorway
– Walking distance to bus, light rail and Skejby Hospital
– Short distance to shopping facilities.
Practical information
When booking an apartment, you get full access to all facilities, including a fitness room, table tennis, darts and pool table, TV room, laundry and drying room, as well as access to lounge areas. In addition, there is the option of charging your electric car via the AURA charging station, as well as renting a heated and enclosed storage room.
Of course, parking is free when you rent an apartment with us.
All apartments are made up with bed linen and towels are provided. If you would like to have them replaced, clean linen and towels can be picked up at the office once a week between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. on weekdays – read more here.
Our one-person flats are perfect for those who are craftsman, consultant, salesperson, patient or relative at Skejby Hospital or for those who simply want to experience the city and do not want to stay in a small and expensive hotel room.
