Our hotel apartments are ideal for those who need to stay in Aarhus for an extended period – whether you are a consultant, craftsman, doctor, researcher or simply want a temporary home in peaceful surroundings.
Included in the rent
Each flat comes with free parking, and the main building has both surveillance and access control, so you can feel safe when you stay with us.
We offer our flats without a deposit and with flexible rental periods.
In addition, there is free access to lounge areas on the 1st and 2nd floors, where online meetings can be held or quiet reading sessions can be enjoyed. In the basement, you can store your bicycle, rent a heated storage room and use the activity room with table tennis, darts and pool table, among other things. In short, there is everything you need, both for everyday life.
Alle lejligheder er fuldt møblerede med fladskærms-TV, high-speed internet, eget badeværelse, stue, fuldt udstyret køkken med ovn, kogeplade og køleskab med fryser – så du kan tilberede små måltider. Desuden er der garderobeskab med hylder og bøjlestang til opbevaring.
Fitness og vaskeri er desuden inkluderet i lejen, og det er muligt at tilvælge serviceydelser som rengøring, depotrum, cykelleje mm. som kan gøre hverdagen lidt lettere for dig, når du bor hos os.
