Booking
How do I book an apartment?
Tryk på en af de orange knapper hvorefter du kommer over på vores booking portal. Her trykker du på kalenderen (VIS LEDIGHED) Vælg antal dage du ønsker at overnatte. Dernæst vælger du den ønskede periode og antal gæster. Tryk på SØG og du får vist ledige lejemål, der passer til dine ønsker.
VÆLG OPHOLD og tryk BOOK LEJLIGHED. Herefter skal du udfylde en blanket med personlige information. BEKRÆFT din informationer og du kommer til betalingsmuligheder. Herefter kommer de nødvendige information på sms og via e-mail.

Terms of payment for online bookings.
When booking online, the full amount including any additional purchases made in connection with the booking must be paid. Payment is made by credit card via Nets.
If the payment is not completed, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Once the payment has been completed and approved, the reservation is guaranteed. You will then receive confirmation of your reservation by e-mail.
Extension of stay.
Contact us at info@athomeapartment.dk – we will resolve the issue quickly and easily.
Cancellation of stay.
– Afbestillinger kan foretages op til 24 timer før ankomst.
– Ved senere afbestillinger opkræves betaling for den første dag af de bookede ydelser.
- In case of no-show, full payment for the booked services will be charged.
– Ophold over 30 dage skal afbestilles senest 8 dage inden ankomst.
– If you wish to cancel a long-term stay (more than 60 days), you must notify us at least 14 days before departure.

Booking confirmation
Once your payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Seven days before your arrival, you will receive a reminder by text message and email.
On the day of your arrival, you must check in with your reservation number on the screen in the entrance area. This is where you will find out which apartment you will be staying in. You can also use the screen to create a key card for your rental property.

Check-in and check-out times
Reception-free hotel
A reception-free hotel means that you, as a guest, must check in and out of the hotel yourself, without personal service. The hotel is unstaffed – except on weekdays between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m., when the service team is in the office in the basement. This allows us to keep prices low without compromising the quality of your stay.

Check-in and check-out
You can check in on the day of arrival from 3 p.m.
Check-out is no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Change check-in and check-out times
Please contact us at info@athomeapartment.dk – we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
Lost key card
If you lose your key card, you can make a replacement card on the screen in the entrance area. Enter your reservation number again and a new one will be issued.
A lost key card costs 100 kr.
Facilities
Elevator
There is a elevator in the main building, so you can easily get to your flat with your suitcase and shopping bags.
WiFi codes
There is a router in every room. The code is written on a sticker behind the door or on the cupboard door.
Are there freezers in the flats?
There are refrigerators/freezers in all flats. The freezer in the one-bedroom flats has a capacity of 7 litres.
Are there hairdryers in the rooms?
There are no hair dryers in each individual flat, but there are 10 in the laundry room in the basement. You can pick one up and use it during your stay. Please put it back in its place so that others can also enjoy it. Thank you.
Bicycle rental

Catering / food
Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the accommodation, nor is it possible to purchase it on site. We do not have a bar or restaurant, but there are shopping facilities nearby so you can prepare light meals yourself – or you can order takeaway food to enjoy in your apartment or eat together in the lounge area.

Shopping
There is a Føtex supermarket in Skejbycentret and a LIDL in the local area, so there are plenty of opportunities for shopping, large and small. If you want to shop in specialist shops or a shopping centre, we recommend Storcenter Nord.
Pets
Can I bring my dog?
Pets of any kind are not permitted.
Parking and charging
Parking spaces
There is free parking for all our guests.
Electric charging station
AURA Energi has four charging stations in our car park, so charging is available.
Cleaning & luggage storage
Cleaning
There is no cleaning service during your stay, regardless of its length. You can order and pay for cleaning at info@athomeapartments.dk. There are two vacuum cleaners available for free use in the laundry room in the basement.
(Remember to put it back so that other guests can also borrow it).
Cleaning products can be borrowed from the service team in the basement between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.
Final cleaning is included in the price for all stays.
Change of bed linen and towels
Bed linen, towels, tea towels and dishcloths are included in your stay. You can obtain new linen packs by bringing your used items to the service team at the office during opening hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00-8:00 a.m.).
Luggage storage
If you need to drop off your luggage before you can check in, please email info@athomeapartments.dk – we will try to find a solution.
Smoking
Are there smoking areas?
The hotel is 100% smoke-free, and we take this very seriously as we have many guests from the cancer ward at Skejby Hospital. If this rule is not observed – for example, if smoking occurs on the terrace – we may be forced to terminate the lease and a thorough extra cleaning will be carried out at the tenant's expense.
Invoice
Company agreement
With a corporate agreement, you will receive a corporate login to our booking portal and an electronic invoice will be sent to you – instead of having to pay up front by card. If you are interested, please send an email to info@athomeapartments.dk.
Miscellaneous
Turn on the power in your flat
When you arrive at your flat, turn on the main switch located on the wall just inside the door. This will provide light and power to the flat.
What are the transportation options to the city center?
The light rail and buses 200, 118 and 2A have stops a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Alternatively, you can hire a bicycle from us and cycle to the city centre yourself.
Can I receive mail during my stay?
Everyone can receive mail during their stay with us, but if you are a foreigner and wish to stay at athome apartments for more than 3 months (6 months for Nordic citizens), you must register with Aarhus Municipality and have a CPR number in order to receive mail at the athome apartments address.

When you register with Citizen Service, you will receive a CPR number, and your address at athome apartments can be registered as your temporary residence. Email info@athomeapartments to obtain your correct address with apartment number. Only after registration can your name be put on the mailbox at the hotel and you can receive your mail.
Our facility crew will leave your mail at your apartment door when there is mail.
